~ After onboarding and your books have been set up. I maintain them monthly or quarterly, depending on what package you choose.

~ After the month or quarter ends, I will retrieve your reports, categorize, and reconcile your transactions. You will receive one email with questions/clarifications where needed. Once those questions are answered, you’ll receive your report with your financial recaps of what the numbers are telling you. You will mostly have your reports by the 15th of the month.

~ The 1:1 video calls will be scheduled quarterly to review your financials, so you can get the most out of working together!

We request read-only online access to banks, credit cards, PayPal, and your invoicing system (if separate).  Almost all of these allow a read-only accountant log-in, and I will help you figure out how to set it up, so your data is secure. This allows me to work efficiently and avoid bothering you for data requests or more information found within these banks/platforms.

You don’t need to have it already. I’m a Certified Xero Advisor and Quickbooks Online ProAdvisor. Xero and Quickbooks Online are my preferred account softwares. I’ll work closely with you to get an account up and running, as well as customize it to how you like to view your data. We will discuss the most-suited subscription plan for your business. You can choose to either pay for the software directly, or we will add it to our monthly fee as reimbursement.
